Well, there is going to be mostly supras and what not there but it should still be a fun time. I know a few of us viper guys are going to be down there running with them.
Drag day will be pretty cool because even though us vipers won't win any prizes, its a private rented track so everyone can run as much as they want. I know I hate when I go to the strip for like 4 hours and only get 2 or 3 runs in because its so crowded.
Anyways, just figured I would post this here and see if some other viper guys would want to come meet up with us
This Chicago event is primarily for the Supra community, however, I've extended the Track day invite to other car groups (hell, I haven't even owned a supra for 4yrs LOL). We used to organize a track day for our local car club ( SuperCarsChicago) so I figured I'd tie everything together to help with the cost of renting the track for a private event. So instead of waiting hours in line to make a pass, we'll have a nice turnout of cars, ranging from some exotics to some full on race cars.
Scotty, Paolo, Issac, I'll expect you tools to be there with bells on. My little Lexus wants some!
It's a chance to take a day off (Friday August 11th) and enjoy making some runs, and maybe even spankin some supra's
We also have a dyno day on Saturday August 12th at Sound Performance in Bloomingdale, if any vipers are interested in making a couple pulls.

I will be there to get my rather stock GTS ass kicked by some Supras. Although I did run with one on 94 the other day and that had a positive outcome. I am guessing he was only BPU though.

I'm glad to have so much interest guys!! This brings back the SuperCars meet we had when Scotty put it together. The Drag day will be a bit more open than the rest of the Supra meet, but what better way to crash a party then run what you brung at the track I'd love to see more snakes coming to the track day.
