Before I knew better, I ordered brake pads, rotors, and fluid by email. He quoted me a price including shipping. Anyway, when he found out I lived in Florida, he suddenly changed the price, and instead of asking me if it was okay to substitute fluid, he just changed my fluid to Brakeman fluid instead of the Motul 600 that I requested. And it was like "It's already been sent" and "the fluid is just as good" Well, maybe it is, but I should have been asked.
I would have paid more to keep the Motul 600 and just increased the shipping rate.
