If it is true that his Viper is not together (from what I've heard it may never have been since he's owned it), he is not elligible to be a member of the VCA.
I thought the whole reason they made it mandatory to own a Viper in order to be a VCA member was to get rid of him. AKA "Flanders Law"

Unfortunately, he now not only owns the Sanford and Son Edition Flanders Salvage- Mobile which he bought just so he could join the club, but also a 2003 SRT-10, which everyone who is a member of the VCA bought him---like it or not.
Gary, I apologize, I did get your PM, but between running around trying to get my house finished and work, I only seem to remember that I owe you a phone call when I'm too busy to make it. Right now plumbers, electricians, etc. act like they are doing you a favor by working on your shit because they are all so fucking busy. It's incredible.
Anyway, Ned is a boil on the ass of the VCA and I truly hope he is soon removed.
The guy is clearly just a little baby. He probably got his butt kicked around a lot as a kid, and now he has some 'power' so he is bullying people as much as he can.
I got one warning from him, and shot him back a message that clearly he didn't like, so I was banned for one month. That was about 6 months ago and I am still banned. Not that I really care.
The whole VCA has gone way down hill since I first joined, and guys like him just epitomize the downfall.
You have been issued a warning for your use of abusive language.
"Geez, Viper Dumbass, I would have thought you would have been
If you cannot see that calling someone a Viper Dumbass is not a threat then there is no point to furthering this discussion. You have a place to post this sort of thing, the VCA site is not it. The VCA site is the Viper Club of America site and this sort of "contribution" ads nothing to the site for its users.
Kenny, please explain to Krazy why he has yet to receive a warning.
This is just incredible. I just had my wife post at tbe VCA site to see how quick Jay would delete any comments on this story line. The first salvo was deleted in less than 1 minute. A second and third salvo is still up (in the board suggestion forum).
I had a personal feud with Jay over the inability to say the word hennessey, either good or bad, and the limitations on freedom of speech that it provided. He went on and on about why but never convinced me that denial is best. Must be a southern Baptist thing (apologies to any southern Baptists here as I am just trying to point out the book banning philosophy is not effective or proper).
OK, I just went over to the VCA site and I'm logged in and can see my member page with my subscribed links and stuff, but I can't post. Does that mean I've been banned?
I didn't receive any emails or PMs upgrading my double secret probation to a full on banning. Maybe it's just a glitch. Can one of the other VCA mods chime in. I know you are all checking out this thread anyway.
It's sad that you can't be sure if you've been banned or it's just another glitch of a shitty website that Jay is grossly overpaid to maintain and update.
I emailed Tony (Vipermad) since he seems to be a pretty reasonable guy.
After messing with it further, I am pretty positive someone pressed the button on me. It cracks me up because we have all heard countless times when someone who Jay dislikes is suddenly and unexplicably banned and it gets chalked up to website glitch when Jays buddies realize he's off the reservation again and that they need to cover his ass. I'm sure that will happen this time too, but I am eagerly awaiting an explanation.
In any event, I'm not sure the website glitch is a great excuse for Jay, because he's it just makes him look incompetent rather than maniacal. I personally think he is both.

Just FYI, both of the remaining threads in the Suggestion Forum that were up are now gone.
