Yeah "motoman" (Pat McGivern) has some pretty good tips in his articles. As far as driving goes, unless you really plan to race the car, like the bikes in his articles... then there's no real worry of it. And if you decide to go with side exhaust for racing, then you simply point them in another direction that doesnt interrupt the air flow. You'll notice the TX AM car runs this way if you see it go in real life.
Drone - no problem - it's an RT, drone goes out the top
Long trips - nah..........
Aerodynamics - who gives a shit
Couple of MORE questions...........
Anyone here dealt with or know about Viper Car Parts?
They make a GEN1 fiberglass sill copy, and I was wondering if anyone has used them
Autoform of course has a fiberglass, smooth, side exit GEN2 style sill
Then there are a few sets of used metal factory GEN1 sills out there that would require varying amounts of prep and work from moderate work needed to lots of work needed to fix a basket case.
The concern I have with the fiberglass is that I have heard that they look really rough, even with paint, and paint will bubble on them etc.
Of course I would be using stock insulation, high flow cats and Corsa GEN3 Track exhaust, which I would think would make the heat / paint blistering a non issue.
Sill can't make up my mind which way to go, so any helpful comments
and / or pics would be great.
Thanks again!

Uhhh, anyone who's ever seen what the side of a Viper looks like in a wind tunnel knows that it really doesn't matter if you have side exhaust. In fact, the biggest thing you can fuck up with that clusterfucked airflow is launching hot gasses onto your rear tires. But, even then, you'd REALLY have to be proactive about fucking up the high speed stability. And that's assuming you have a splitter car that was flat-bottomed.
