Exclamation P0210 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 10

Hey guys,

I am having trouble with an engine code on a 1998 GTS the code is as follows (P0210 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 10). So far I have changed all the injectors, put new plugs in, changed oil and reset the computer. As I was working on my car I found a loose O2 sensor and a couple of loose spark plugs on the passenger side. I have also tried cleaning the injector plug with alcohol. With that being said I ran the car all day Saturday and had no problems until Sunday afternoon while getting on it. I currently have headers, full 3 inch exhaust, exhaust simulators, and a VEC 2.

Help me please!!!!!!

Thanks.............

try upgrading all your connectors to the MSD style, they are 10x better with spring pins and have a positive lock when installed. The stock injector clips are the equivalent of sliding a knife between the teeth on a fork and hoping for a connection...garbage.

Other than that, look for heat damaged wiring or the like.

Your looking in the wrong spot. If you have a VECII , the OEM computer never sees the injectors. You have a problem in the resistor box harness that comes with the VEC II that fools the pcm into thinking it's still hooked to the injectors.. Get the pinout from ROE and track it down.

i am sure this isnt the cause of your problems but why did you need exhaust sims for a 98. and i assume you mean 02 sims by exhaust sims. my 97 never needed them and i thought that was true thru 99 cars.
