I have one on my 3500 Dodge and it is the fucking funniest shit you have ever seen. I feel like a predator prowling the streets when I drive it. Some people jump and drop all kinds of shit.

I have a 05 silverado duramax with 4 train horns in the front, came with the truck when I bought it. Best shit ever, the things I've made people do when I blast it was worth the 50k I paid for the truck! This horn will make people almost go into siezures. When your driving on the freeway and somebody comes into your lane, well with a normal horn they might slowly go back, you blast the train horn and they think they are gonna get hit with a mack truck and they end up swerving about 2 lanes the opposite way
