If you can get past the horrible wording of the listing, I think it looks like a pretty good find.

I have a 1992 Dodge Viper Vin number 30. It has less than 300 miles on it and has been stored and maintained in a temperature controlled room since 1992. This car has never been titled or registered and all window and roof kits are in their original unopened packaging. I bought it when we were planning to have a child with the intention to sell it in 2012 to pay for college. I would bet it is the only new 1992 Viper in existence that the purchaser would be considered the original owner. Would anyone speculate as to its value now and in 2012. I have been out of the car loop for some time now and stopped tracking auctions.

Bad news. The kid is going to the local junior college or truck driving academy.
I would guess $60,000 or in that ballpark. You should have invested the cash. Return may be better in 2022 or 2032.
