I have an interesting story regarding IForged and their business practices. I'm about to have a set of wheels rechecked and will fill everyone in once I have the info.

Just call Vincent. Leave him a message and let him know that returning your call is very important. Iforged uses the same finisher as HRE, and sometimes they have problems at the finisher. 6-8 weeks is the norm. If they have problems, it will take longer. They have built a good 10 sets for me, with absolutely no issues. Sometimes it takes three months, but you should be able to get a return phone call. PM me if you need me to get in touch with Vince for you.

Seems to be a reoccuring theme with Iforged. I had to wait almost 6 months to get wheels from them a couple years ago. They will gladly take your money and phone calls when placing the order, but when it comes to answering the phone regarding shipment, you are SOL getting in contact with them. Those who were Vette owners from a couple years ago know all about them.

I went through the same shit with them about three years ago on my Z06. I didn't want to pony up the dough for some HRE's, but wound up going that route anyway after waiting over three months for the IForged.

About what is the price difference between HRE's and IForged? I thought they were pretty close in price.

Yah I had HRE's prior to my future IFORGED wheels...I payed a pretty penny for the 546's...I suppose im in a rush to get my car done and a 3 month waiting period is just adding to the frustration...But im sure once I get the wheels on the car the wait will be just something of the past. A 5 inch lip on the rear wheels is JUST SUPER IMPRESSIVE and can turn a bad experience GOOD...Come on Vince the alley is waiting for me to reveal the BEAST!!
