Back to the thread topic...I dont think 800 can be seen on pump gas 91-93 without a good intercooler and possibly a larger displacement blower.
These blowers are fairly small for the engine displacement (2.2/2.4) as they were made for a 5.0 mustang, not a 8.0. So spinning the boost out of them that we need is causing a heat effect, which in turn cannot be controlled properly without a intercooler ....but yes, water/meth does help
the 2.8 is now being used on the GT500's with good results. I think for the roe to step-up again, it needs a larger displacement blower, better belt wrap, and (hopefully) an intercooler if hood clearance allows. At best all of that minus intercooler, but w/m .
In my estimation close to 800 can be had out of a Roe car. 1Tony1's car weighs 3550 with him in it and ran 144 at Bradenton. It would take at least 780-790 rwhp to do that.
Edit: It ran that on pump gas.

We have done 740HP and 780TQ to the wheels with a 488ci Gen II with the roe s/c, our ported heads, custom cam, ported s/c intake, custom pistons, Complete Port Pros engine build, the small s/c pulley, David Weavers crank pulley and fuel system, as well as David Weavers tune.
What are the upper limits of a Roe Supercharged Gen II Viper (without NOS) that has the usual mods (heads, headers, cam, etc.) in rear wheel HP and torque?
(Just need something to think about while Larry Macedo perfects mine.)

Vec2 or AEM ? When you say "small" pulley....that could mean several sizes.
