Exclamation Drag Racing Reborn!! 6 speed CHALLANGE!!

This Viper racing has gone to SHIT!!!:bawling: I mean damn cant we all race again and get a long? It has gotten so bad we have Vipers racing air planes.. WTF!!!!!!!!

Big thanks to "THE CHAD" for coming out with his Viper 2 years ago and kicking every ones asses and sending all the Tuners into hiding EXCEPT for Underground Racing. Since then No one comes out to play!!! Thanks CHAD!~ and Heffner.. Other tuners!!! time to come back out!!!! There is nothing to be scared about!!

We recently got Garth's "HIBOOST" Viper back in the shop for some small upgrades! He is letting me keep it around this time to try and Flex its very tiny muscles! We need to put together a shootout ASAP! I hear that some fast cars are about 2 be completed within days.... Trent, HIBOOST friend is having his car built by the SVS is one of these bad Vipers and from what he tells Garth he will be shooting 2 brake the 6 speed record!! We are 2!! Then you have Peter from RSI with the Drag racing air planes.. This is another Viper that needs to go down the 1/4..Peter you like showing your Viper off.. Time to put that bad boy on the line next 2 another "Turbo Viper" As far as Heffner I dont even have to ask... he will be there with something fast. How about someone show some interest and one of you super tuner customers step up and lets get it on the 1/4. Garth upgrades are done and the Split Fire spark plugs helped!!!!

Rules.... Don't be a pussy!!

No we are ready for drag racing right now!! We are ready to line something up!!! With all the stuff you have been telling Garth you should be able to run 7.50s with a 6 speed on pump gas!! Cant wait to see it go!! I have no driver for that 1 mile crap! and we dont want to race any air planes!! THIS POST IS FOR DRAG RACING! Warren Johnston don't race a mile! Hope to see your Viper out soon!! I hear its going to be a nice one!!

Well if the weather calls for rain all weekend I wont blame you... I did not want to drive 2400 miles with a high chance of rain! Two other races we went to last year got rained on!!! Both in Ohio.. At least I was a sponsor as well as Doug Herbert. I still helped support it!

Kev, notice the in my post, I'm just giving you a hard time. I told you before the event that I had the weather taken care of, you just didn't listen!!!

As for my event, I TRULY appreciate all of our sponsors and am very thankful that UGR was a sponsor, we could not have the event in TX without guys like you. Kudos to you and your team!

As for your event, let me time/place and I will do my absolute best. I'm working 12 hours/day so it's tough to commit but I can give you my word that if at all possible I will try.

Peter

UGR - set a date and a place - the usual suspects will likely show up. bradenton seems popular since its a fast track and there are lots of owners in FL. do it in mid to late october.

All those beating that Rodney took in LA, beat some sense into that man.

That sounds good, make sure to have ALL classes including stock, maybe a truck class too.

Possibly a Ford GT class.....stock and modified. We could see if anyone knows how to drive one, or if they are just posers!

If you set it up near the North East you will likely get a bunch of Corvette guys to participate if you were interested. Alot of vette projects up here in the making.

I know this will sound biased, but why not have it a Rockingham? UGR ran their best times down there...it seems like all the events are "around" NC, but never in it...just a suggestion from an innocent bystander

Honestly, I'm a little "drag raced" out. The one mile deal looks interesting. Either way, the cars are getting too fast for me to get behind the wheel. With the wife, two kids and the business to take care of, I can't afford to risk crashing. Things were more fun with 9 and 10 second cars. Maybe I'm getting old? Thoughts?

Instead of going only 180 in the 1/4 with walls there to help us IF we crash. Lets go 220+ in the 1 mile.... I don't have the balls for that!! :bawling:

ps. Your getting OLD!!

That makes no sense. If that were how things were going to play out, then every drag event would be in Bradenton, because that is where the only 7 sec pass took place.
