I just had a new windshield installed on my GTS..

$398 installed with sales tax , take it to them or they will come to you. I had a rock chip fixed a couple of years ago and it always pissed me off because it still looked like crap. The new glass is much better to drive with because it is so clear. They used a OEM Mopar windshield.
These guys jumped on it and had it done in 30 minutes and were very careful with my car. Nationwide...............

They just did my Durango a short while ago too - I was impressed. Just one guy handled it like a snap.

Spray, you got a great deal! It kills me how much glass companies differ in their prices. I have to shop constantly to match prices on an estimate.

Did the replacement windshield come with the embedded antenna or did you have to salvage the older one?

Paid the same, but had to drive there. Oh! Never leave a can of AC refrigerant in your car!

I've got all you beat. $302+tax Mopar Factory glass installed at my place of work. Local glass company that a friend recommended. I also got the low-down on the actual price paid for this glass by installers - approx. $248. Possibly +/- $30 bucks depending on several factors. Don't let them B.S. you. They all pay around the same price for the Mopar glass. Part #1294.

BTW #1 - Safelite prices vary depending on zip code. In Pittsburgh, it was $554.67 + tax.

BTW #2 - Other prices for national dealers (all installed at your place):

Diamond - $400 Tax included (Mopar Glass)
Guardian - $365 + Tax (Mopar Glass)
Glass Doctor - $371 Tax included (PPG Glass)

BTW #3 - I will give you the name of the local company once installed (Tomorrow pending rain).

All done. $320.12 including tax. Aaron's Auto Glass. For those in the Western PA area, (724) 228-9400. They did a great job. Mopar OEM glass - outer rubber molding is included (Already attached to new glass). Kicking myself for waiting so long to do this, since my old windshield was sooooo pitted.

My Mopar replacement did. How would you even salvage the old one?

No, I was just curious...because the prices seem so good (hell even if the car was a honda or taurus), and the fact that the GTS windshields have an antenna, makes these prices even more incredible (in a good way).
