RT is independant of ET. You can have a 20 second reaction time, but still have a 9 second ET.
On most sportsman trees a perfect rection time is .500. On the newer LED trees they adjust so a perfect time is .000.
My line of thought was that if he honed his skills enough to cut a better RT, his overall skills would improve as well, thus allowing a better 60' time, smoother shifting, etc...thereby resulting in a better ET...

That's one of my favorite Viper vids but you guys are right, the RT sucked. Should've been doing around 9.7X's. BTW, John have you heard of an older game called Test Drive with a Charger on the front? They have a GTS-R Concept with specs similar to this TT and it's the fastest car in the game. It stops accelerating because of wind resistance at 233 mph.
