Is anyone running the JM Stryker Heads? I was looking at their website, and either I am retarded and not reading the dyno right, or they are claiming damn near 700 RWHP on just a heads and cam car.
If anyone is using these, pleaes speak up. I want to hear a success story before having ART order a set.
If you look on SDVIPERS message board, Dan Everts has a gen 3 with a paxton and stryker heads. I talked to John at west coast and he said the car had a few gallons of race to a full tank of 91 pump and made over 900 rwhp...he said with no race gas on a conservative tune would have made mid to upper 800's.
The heads are supposed to be good for almost 100 rwhp over stock heads.!

Wouldn't 100 over stock heads still put you shy of 600 though. My car with all boltons was making around 470, so 570 or so would be just like a GG head job.
Check jmcylinderheads.com and let me know what you think of that dyno graph. Just curious to see what these are doing on an NA car.

We should have some track results in about 2 months using these heads. I can tell you that they out flowed a race ported Gen II head by an average of 50cfm on the intake side and 35cfm on the exhaust side. This was conducted back to back on the same flow bench.
Those dyno graphs are of an engine dyno, so the final one showing close to 700hp is crank hp, not rw. It would be more like 600 rw or close to it. The base engine they were using made a little over 550 crank hp too.
Ive got em coming for my Quad cab. With the Paxton (10#'s) and the heads I should be well into the 900's at the rears. Also got a 150 shot on it just for some extra at the track. The heads and cam package was $7500 roughly
I have a friend who installed the race version of the heads on his comp coupe along with other goodies and dynoed 830's NA on the engine dyno.
Other goodies meaning AEM, headers, full exhaust ???? Or on a fully built stroker motor? 830 NA sounds way out of line unless this was a very extensive build.

Fully build stroker with 10 throttle bodies - the full works. They are still doing some work on the Motec controller, so there may be some HP still left in it.
What is the market for these race heads? It really is the over 1500rwhp crowd only, right? We went 177 with stock castings and I have a hard time seeing where someone would spend 10M on heads before all the other stuff.
I'm sure they are awesome when looking for the last bit of power, especially on an all motor car.
The advantages are not just limited to the flow numbers. The JM heads have .600" deck compared to the factory .300" which will help prevent lifting of the head. In addition, all the mounting bolt holes have steel inserts
