Viper GTS-R sighting in Ontario,Canada.

In Windsor on Friday night on Dominion Ave. around supper time.1 guy around 30 years old.It was solid yellow with a large wing.Anyone know this guy? Sweet sounding and looking ride.I am wondering if it is "H#######'s" fastest car (streetcar) on the cover of Road and Track back in,I think 99?

Oh also just saw a gen 1 red rt at about 4pm on Ouellette.
