Confused about a GTS on eBay
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dodge...35043551QQrdZ1
Nice car, looks pretty clean. There is one thing that I can't comprehend:
"There is $120,000 worth of additions to this car."
What kind of fucking crack must the owner be on to think he has 120K of additions? If he was tricked into thinking that, then he needs some help.

Uh, the Canadian Dollar is higher than the U.S. $120k would be $135,312.00 Canadian.

Isn't that why he said perhaps they meant canadian?
It sounds like a bunch of BS to me though. It pulls 4 Gs? 27k miles on the odometer but 17k in the ad?

Therefore, the Canadian dollar buys less than a U.S. Dollar. $120,000 Canadian = less than $120,000 U.S. (about $106,000)
Nice of you to prove his point.

Nice looking car but for 120k in mods..............shit, I got some intake filters that are "high performance" that I would sell him for a bargain price of 10k
Yeah, the whole the car pulls 4Gs.............

I see what you are saying. It states the car is in "Rogers, AR, United States" hence going on the U.S. Dollar, however it does say it did come from Canada. So yes, $120k in Canadian Dollars would translate to about $106,500 American. Frankly I don't find that any more reasonable though.

What caught my attention was the 350 mph speedometer; so, was thinking maybe those Canadian dollars were spent on rocket assist. OR Perhaps that speedo is calibrated in that furrin' metric system like those dollars are.

Yah, that post was supposed to be an attempt at some form of humor on my part. I will return to lurking mode.

I saw this car was just back on ebay again, and only went for 41k.
I emailed the seller and he said he would accept an offer in the 50k range.
I was wondering if anyone else knew anything more about this car? He said he has 7 cars and needs to liquidate some of them.
The car looks pretty nice. What do you guys think its worth?

I have seen this car in person and it is stunning. When I saw the car it was in Arizona and it was very loud as it had straight pipes. The car did have the blower at that time as well as upgraded AP brakes and rotors. The owner did have about 7-10 cars in the garage and each one was in perfect shape. There were about 3 Vipers, several Mopar classics as well as others. The car was in great shape

I think high 50's sounds about right...these things hold their value, but most of the additions dont...hell if you got the money, pick it up

For whatever reason he is liquidating it sounds like a good opportunity for someone.
