Resale of modded cars??

Just curious as to what type of resale guys have had with modded cars. Obviously you are not going to get what you put into them, but does it hurt resale price when doing motor work etc, or can you atleast recoup a portion of it?

depends on many things such as what modes, to what degree the car is modded, who did them and what kind of power it puts down.

The usual return on mods is about 50% unless you can find 2 buyers that really want your car.

Body mods=negative value
Heads,cam, supercharger=30 to 50%
