TX2K6 Supra VS Viper
Since the other supra vs viper thread turned into a debate on American vs Japanese built components, here are some pics I took of the event....
It was worth waiting out the rain... good time had by all!
I will post more as they upload.

He didn't run, I think he meant that SW's car was built by the drag winner (Boost Logic/Performance Motorsports).

Damn, the terrible truth is, running 10's is still faster than running your mouth and not showing up..

SW still needed to break in his motor so he did not run the viper. He drove one of the ART Roe Blower only cars to a 10.18 Et...
Here are some more
Boost Logic event winner Supra
My Twin Turbo GTS waiting to be cleared through tech.
Spray running his GTS through the tech line.

Ray, I'm really glad we powercoated the intake and covers. Comparing to the others makes a big difference.

My TT doing a burnout...
We had the wrong McLeod clutch in our car and it disintegrated when we tried to turn the boost up resulting in only 3 passes..
pulled a 10.2 @ 144 on the lowest boost setting of 4.5 psi. We also had a gen III g-force tranny in the car to make the event, so we did not have a speed sensor, therefor no antilag or two step... foot launched it with no boost built up, bogged off the line, built boost and smoked the tires resulting in a 2.08 60 foot time...
cannot wait to get it set up. With proper clutch, speed sensor and the boost turned up we should have some fun
especially on the street

Kudos to David Weaver and Cody at ART. Weaver is absolutely anal about his builds and takes pride in doing them right....
I was happy
