180 or 195 Degree Thermostat?

Which one should I use? I have 435 HP at the rear and I will be using the car for a around town and street racing but no Track Racing Oh and it gets to be 115 degrees here in the summer.

Won't make much difference. In that kind of ambient heat, the motor's going to get hot, and stay above 200 all the time. The engine is more efficient at the higher t'stat level.

Another downside of running it too cool is it makes these cars (which already run fat) richen the a/f mixture. Not a lot, but enough you will notice it during the colder months.
