Anyone Know Were I Can Get Bigger Side Feed Injectors?????

Im Looking To Replace The Stock Injectors With Bigger Ones And I Dont Want To Go To A Return Set-up With Rails Because Im Not Looking To Make Crazy Power That Most Of You Guys That Do Have A Return And Rails. I Just Want To Put In A Little Bigger Then Stock Style Injector. If Anyone Knows Of A Company That I Can Buy Direct Bolt In Bigger Injectors I Would Be Very Appreciative. I Was Also Told That I Could Have The Stock Injectors Modified To Be Bigger So If Anyone Knows Of Someone That Does That I Could Also Go That Route. Thanks Ahead Of Time For Any And All Help.

Psst, you don't HAVE to go full return to run a set of fuel rails. Y block the stock fuel line, run a direct feed into each rail with a crossover line connecting the two. Then you can run any standard low imp injector.

How much power do you want to make? By raising fuel pressure the stock injectors can support a decent build.

Rogue, Thanks For The Info But I Was Trying To Stay Away From The Fuel Rails So That It Looks Stock But If I Cant Find Bigger Side Feeds I Will Put Rails On It. How Would I Control Bigger Injectors If I Was To Put On Rails And Say 60lb Injectors. Im Running A Paxton System And I Have Maxed Out The Stock Injectors And That Is Why Im Looking For Bigger Ones Because I Was Planning On Still Using The Fmu On It. My Car Is A 96 And It Makes Near 700 Rwhp On 71/2 Lbs Of Boost But I Would Like To Put About 12-14 Pounds Through It Because Even With Nearly 700 Rwhp It Fells Boring And Kind Of Slow. I Would Like To Make A Little More....say Around 800-850rwhp And I Think That I Can Do It Without A Return System. I Know That Everyone Says That It Cant Be Done Without A Return Fuel System But I Think That I Can Do It If I Put In Bigger Injectors And Still Use The Fmu. Or Do You Think That I Can Do It With 55-60 Pound Injectors With Out A Fmu And With Out A Return. My Plan Was To Run 36-42lb Injectors With The Fmu Unit And I Think That That Size Injector Might Run Find Down Low Because Its Not All That Big And It Should Give It Enough Fuel Through The Mid And Top So That I Can Run More Boost. Do You Know What Size The Stock Injectors Are ? I Will Also Be Putting In A 255 In Tank. Let Me Know What You Think. All Responses Are Appreciated. Im Kinda Of New To Vipers But I Have Been Around For Awhile So I Know Some Tricks But I Figure You Guys Know The Viper Much Better Then I Do So Im Trying My Best To Learn But I Really Dont Feel Like Blowing My Motor Up Either And That Is Why Im Asking All Of These Questions Because I Know That You Guys On Here Are Very Good At Working On These Cars. By The Way, My Screen Name Is The Only Thing That I Could Come Up With...lol....as You Can Tell Im Not No Were Near A Viper Tuner...but Like I Said Before, Im Just Trying To Learn And Im A Hands On Kind Of Guy. I Usually Take Things Apart And Put Them Together On My Own So That I Do Learn. Thanks For All Your Help.

Stock injectors are considered 30 pounds(they are actually like 29.6 or something like that). You would need at least 50 to 55 pound injectors IMO to safely support the 800 to 850 rwhp. The stockers "supposedly" are only good for about 600 crank hp, but just like you I have the stockers and have more power than that with no problem.

A rail system isnt that bad and I would consider it as you said it just isnt worth the time and expense of replacing a motor especially since you know how much fuel is required. I would feel bad for you and you would feel worse if the motor let go because of an inadequate fuel system.

I swear I heard dansanto or someone post that there were some 60 pounders that were sidefed that could be used but I cant totally remember. Oh yeah a VEC2 will control the larger injectors.

I thought the suburu side fed injectors were larger and would work. You can always call RC and have them resize your injectors. make sure your pump can deliver.
