Anthony is headed out on a cruise today. he will be back next week. the tires you want are the micheline pilot sport 2 tires. call luke at tire rack and he will get you what you need. call me if i can help. thanks!
john i just tried calling you. left a message with your girl to have you call me. i want to find out what these wheels run new. and as i stated before if i can get them shipped to me already mounted with rubber on them at a price. do you have any idea what kind of a pain in the ass it is driving do get wheels mounted and balenced stacked in the passenger seat and back of a gts. did it once. took two trips to the shop each way to get all the wheels there. 2 at a time. never again. nrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Unfortunately I don't thinnk they sell mounted/balanced packages yet. You might be able to have Hennessey and Tire Rack both drop ship your wheels to the shop of your choice. That would reduce some of the transporting.

nice to speak with you. we can help get the tires, mount/balance them then ship you complete wheels/tires ready to go on to the car in your garage. just let me know.
the pleasure was all miine Henny. thanks for the prompt return call. and I know plenty of people with a truck, including myself, but it is not easy to drive 2 cars at once. not alot of people are willing to take a few hours out of their day to accomodate me putting wheels on the gts. i suppose the wife can pack the babies up for a little family trip but then i risk the wheel guy remarking about how expensive the rims are and her wanting to stick her foot in my ass. telling her i spent a couple grand not close to 6! little difference.
I'm lost, why if you have a truck do you need to drive both vehicles at once? You take the wheels/tires, get the tires mounted and wheels balanced, come home and put the wheels on the car.
Or are you having an alignment done at the same time?

v10kingsnake: I recently picked up a set of venom 16r, 19/20's off of John. I love them, doing business with John was a pleasure, he hooked me up nice, I'm sure he is doing the same for you. Happy Holidays.
mark, that would be ideal, thanks for the explaination on how to get it done. but going from 17 inch stockers to 19/20 setup and dropping would mean having the car there is the easiest thing to do. John is offering me a great deal but I may have something else brewing as of 10 minutes ago. new rims will be here by new years regardless.

Alignment wouldn't be off bad enough that the car couldn't be driven to the shop after swapping rims/tires. Though I'm not even sure it is truely neccessary after just swapping rims/tires. It's not like the suspension geometry is drasticly changing with a +1, or even +2, wheel combo.
to me its piece of mind really. no sense to put 1600-1800 worth of just rubber on new rims just to take the risk of unevenly wear them out. i mean shit guys, these tires already wear fast enough on a 600 pony budget, no sense in helping them with a shitty contact with the ground. and please note, the car is going to be lowered so thats the deal. now lets let this gay ass discussion end until i have some fucking nasty photos to post.
