Paxton - Quaife install

Well I couldn't resist higher HP, so I bit the bullet and got some mods done recently on my SRT. You can see I don't normally post, but I've got bugs 3 layers deep on my teeth from grinnin' and drivin' this beotch and have to tell you guys about it. I chose Velocity in Dallas to work on the beast because they had the best published price for the Paxton installation as well as several good references on the Viper boards. They also are very close proximity to Taylor Race Engineering, who handles the Quaife LSD, sooooo, what the hell, I got several mods done at once - Paxton, Quiafe, 3.55s, Autoform rollbar, and Corsa track exhaust. Delivered the SRT on Monday morning, and the NEXT Monday picked it up, complete and washed - DAMN. That is awesome turnaround time based on what I've read on the boards. The tune is conservative and puts down 675RWHP. These mods really woke up this baby, and the Quaife keeps it tracking straight. Great combination

now THERE's a couple of shops that have it together - sweet turnaround.

Enjoy that ride JT - 675whp plus 3.55 gears will feel like a monster.

If you ever break the half shafts (probably only if you drag raced on slicks) - get Mark Williams to make you up some... theirs are the toughest there are and they've done a few now.

Good choice on the shop! They did mine, and I was very happy. You can thank me for being the test dummy.

JB,
I understand you added a paxton and rollbar to your SRT convertible. Do you mind sending any pics of the rollbar? I want to add a rollbar for track purposes.
Thanks

TX, I'll find some pics on my other computer. The Autoform rollbar looks OEM and clears the vert top, sometimes touching, but never an issue.

Gary, thanks for the note. Your current avatar has great color. Is that an OEM color?
