Looking for 98+ Stock Headers

Hey all,

Well I've had my 94 Viper RT/10 (Painted 96 GTS White/Blue, hence the handle) for 2 months now and its time to uncork her. Want to go to 3" high flow cats and mufflers, but would like to get rid of those stock cast iron logs. After some reading, looks like I can adapt with minimal effort some 98 and up stock header, saving 25lbs and picking up some power.

Anyone have a set of 98+ stock headers kicking around? Don't have to be pretty, just solid and usable. Some of you supercharged owners probably got new headers too...want to clear out some garage space and help out a fellow Viper owner too?

Any help would be appreciated! :thumb:

Thanks!

Jay

Uh, your car is not painted like a 96 GTS , but the headers should be easy to find. I had them on my 95 with dynomax 3 inch and no cats, it made good power. Check with all the tuners and parts rack and on e-bay. SVS sells take offs. http://www.svspower.com/default.aspx

Viperspray,

Any dyno numbers before/after on your 95? I am looking for concrete numbers comparing the gen 1 exhaust manifolds with the Gen 2.
