I don't know Pete (unless he's the one with the yellow C5). Is he from NJ? I thought I knew most quick Vettes in my neck of the woods. But, like you said, he just got it running so that's why I may not be aware of his car. Tell him to give me a shout if he's interested.

yea Pete is the one with the yellow automatic C5. he lived in NJ but I think he jsut built a house in PA. The same guys that work on his car work on yours. Cartech I beleive is the name. He was running a big shot on the stock engine, broke it then went with larger displacement engine and ran a 250 shot on it for a while. He jsut got his 427 put in last winter and finalyl got it running good.

If nobody except Chad committs to this race then it's just a fucking shame. Why build 1200+ hp cars? Oh, I forgot, so you can bang on the keyboard that you POTENTIALLY may have the world's next fastest Viper.
It's still on but I had to change the format because there was too much bullshit going on with guys wanting to run classes (solid rear vs solid rear, irs vs irs, etc). Now it's a grudge match format. Anyone can call out anyone and run whatever they have. I have 15 Corvettes coming ranging from high 6s to 10s. It'll be a very cool day. I lowered the entry fee to $300 but the payouts won't be as big. I'm having catered food, drinks, etc. I'm hoping the guys from godragracing.com will cover this event with video and articles. I even got a couple of sponsors to kick in extra money.
