Link to Alternative DIY Bolt-on Viper TT

Here is the link to the thread:

http://vca2.viperclub.org/forums/sho...t=1#Post552967

There are two links there:

1. One is the general description and pricing.

2. Second gives some very detailed information about turbocharging principles and how this relates to the most efficient design for a Viper twin turbo system.

Please read the information to understand the base, non-intercooled system uses larger, more efficient T-04 exhaust housings coupled with cool air intake. This makes it possible to run 5-6 PSI efficiently enough like the twin screw blowers out there negating the need for an intercooler for the guys who do not want to cut their car's core support.

P.S. I have already contacted MP about becoming an advertiser on this board and have not yet heard back from him. It is for this reason I have not yet posted any other details here yet.

How much power does it make? I tried to make it through your entire post to find out but I already read one book this month.

Chest, we are shooting for around 600-650 RWHP for the base systems for the forged piston cars.

As far as the informational links are concerned, there is a more general, 1-page link which should be an easy read.

Anybody who sees themselves putting a bolt-on Twin turbo system on their Viper in the near future owes it to themselves to read the longer post to inform themselves as to how turbo sizing and turbo system design works.

This way, they can make the best decision based on the facts and which way they want to go with turbocharging their Viper.

There are many choices out there.....

Our system is a radical departure from the standard footwell mounted systems out there and offers things the others cannot.

I hope this clarifies the intent of the two different links. :thumb:

P.S. Please give Roller Girl a kiss wherever you like for me!

For those of us that are posers, can you easily see the turbos with the hood up? I can't tell from the pics. I saw a system posted on here before that had the turbos right in front of the TB's. If nothing else it sure looked good.

Any car with 600rwhp/600rwtq....can't be a poser. For most people...that's more car than they will EVER be able to handle.

Custom Builder,

People will buy the kit best designed, most reliable, most power for the $$$$$, most upgradeable in terms of the big picture, best looking system they can get their hands on......

If all this can be put into one system that can take you from 600-1400+ HP with available upgrades, it will be a great day for Viper owners everywhere!

Tanked, you are correct about the 600/600 not being a poser. But if it looked good enough to be a poser, wouldn't that be magic?
