The real test is the tubing we cant see. The header design to the compressor flange of the turbos is the real trick. I know what Jason did on Chad's car to fit those monsters in there. Lets see the up skirt shot of a UGR car and I can tell you if he copied. Hell I would have copied too if it would have worked for GEN1's, but I would not as the frame rails are differant, and I dont build cars for anyone but myself. Copying to make $ off someone else is shitty was to make a buck, but what the hell Japan has been doing it for years. I think Jason was just pointing it out to everyone. SO LETS SEE THE UNDER CAR PHOTOS!!!

Keep the pictures coming guys.

I'm just developing a twin turbo kit to sell and these pics are pure gold. Sure beats the 'twin Turbonator' kit I initially was putting together.

Although the turbonator gets 31% better gas mileage each so with 2 of them, you're looking at.....ugh (thinking) 2 times 31, one and one is, um, carry the 4, divide by something or other....75% better gas mileage or something like that. Can't beat that.

Uhhhh shouldnt you be congratulating Heffner and telling Undergrounds fabricator what great eyesight he has?

Now here is a picture of one of our cars that was done about a year and a half ago.

Now here is a picture of how you redesigned yours.
[image]http://www.rshankar.com/viper/ugr7.jpg[/image]

See any resemblance? It looks to me that your second design would have resulted in a less direct route from the throttle body to the intercooler. What was the reason for this change, other than to look like ours?

Now here is a picture of one of our GTS'.
[image]http://www.viperalley.com/gallery/data/500/1948tt2.jpg[/image]

Why don't you do us a favor and show us what your GTS system looks like. :thumb:

Also, would you please clarify your statement about a motor staying together? As far as how many 1200 rwhp SRT's, I've never had a request for one though even you are smart enough not to doubt we could do it.

Honestly, starting this thread was a bit unnecessary but so was trying to make your turbo systems look like ours.

Kevin,

I think you should go back to the original way you did the intercooler piping.

Some might argue that it looks cleaner to have the pipes come up from behind the radiator, but I know you did not want to have the heat of going over the top, but I think it is ultimately cooler NOT coming up from behind the radiator.

Think of all the hot air being sucked through by the fan not to mention all the radiant heat from the engine compartment heat soaking the intercooler piping when you are stopped. I think a simple heat shield strip on top of the radiator would alleviate much of what you were probably worrying about in the first place! Then you will have the coolest and most direct path to the throttle bodies.

Smokin, I have seen Jason's earlier headers before and they did not look anything like the ones on the Underground car.

I can say for sure that I have not really ever seen a closeup of the Heffner headers in any online pictures.

The intercooler pipes and fuel pressure regulator I have seen for sure, but not really the headers.

The Underground headers are really beautiful and functional.

If they are a copy of the newer Heffner Headers(if he has redesigned them) then I stand corrected.

Maybe Jason can post a picture of his headers for comparison.....what do you think?:thumb:

Paolo, with your turbos up front - are you concerned with the adverse effect
of the extra heat on the belts/hoses and other heat sensitive items up front?

Hey short guy I was not trying to insult you... Sorry you took it that way... You seem to be the only one left crying with all your BS talk...:redbeard2: Cant believe how sore you are that Blown GTS did everything you said it wouldn't do. . I said its ok I forgave long ago short guy !! I know you hate being proven wrong but its ok... Stop making an ass of your self.. Try and have a good day short guy!!!

Oh yea, As far as our Fabricator and header builder, he is considered to be one of the best in the WORLD! He does about half of the Nextel Cup cars like Dale JR., Jeff Gordon's and etc. Most of the Pro stock like Warren Johnston and many more... Don't worry we didn't copy Heffners work but I can guarantee you our Fabrication work is second to none!! Now got to go shorty .. Piece be with you... I admire a guy that is always looking up ... so lighten up.

Nice, why dont you have your NASCRAP fabricator make me up some honkey tonk do-dad that meets your fancy? I'll guess that your symbol..errrrr...abomination of "hickishness" is gonna look something like a CD sized belt buckle with inbedded pork rhines and chewing tobacco. Shit with your inbred roots, and your fabricator's snaggletooth social circle, Im guessing your shop's social dynamics has gotta be along the lines of trailer trash meets "king of the hill". Even better, why dont you just google up "country bumpkin" and copy the first symbol you find? See, before you start criticizing my attire, focus on correcting the fact that you can look like the real life version Rosco Pee-Co Train in a crowd of people in HOUSTON, TX.
