You're right, only 60 posts, but been paying a lot of attention for the last year or so...it's funny b/c you have a wopping 140 posts, but since you own a Viper, you have the right to say something...such a meaningul post on this topic :thumb:...by the way, didnt you just pic up your Viper a few months ago?
Oh yeah, the main reason im posting in here is b/c he's accusing some friends of mine who have done nothing but put out some of the fastest Vipers in less than two years.
Gary's right though, im gonna let the one's who know more about it finish this.

Since when does the number of posts have anything to do about knowledge of automobiles?
Kind of like saying Lingenfelter(rip) getting on this board with 3 posts and claiming he knows nothing... Kind of like the Mustang, motorcycle, viper, corvette "you paid much more for your car / bike, etc than I did"
Geez

Hey Kevin,
Instead of running the pipes from the intercooler to the throttle bodies in a straight line(simple science + it makes sense) and being accussed of stealing. Maybe you should have run them out the fenderwells, then back over the top of the hood, back through the hood vents, and then into the throttle bodies.
That would look f**king sweet right?

Simple question. How the fuck does a cop put together a stable such as yours officer?

I was thinking the same thing, but apparently he thinks you have to own a Viper to post on this forum...

If you are in the first two catagories, feel free to put in your .
If you fall in the last two catagories, it would be wise to just watch and learn, because you probably have nothing of value to add to the conversation.
I agree 100%!

Really, interesting. Here is a picture of your first SRT TT design. It looks to me that if you wanted the most direct path from the intercooler to the throttle body then this is it. This was an original design. Why did you change it?
Now here is a picture of one of our cars that was done about a year and a half ago.

Now here is a picture of how you redesigned yours.

See any resemblance? It looks to me that your second design would have resulted in a less direct route from the throttle body to the intercooler. What was the reason for this change, other than to look like ours?
Now here is a picture of one of our GTS'.

Why don't you do us a favor and show us what your GTS system looks like. :thumb:
Also, would you please clarify your statement about a motor staying together? As far as how many 1200 rwhp SRT's, I've never had a request for one though even you are smart enough not to doubt we could do it.
Honestly, starting this thread was a bit unnecessary but so was trying to make your turbo systems look like ours.

"Bevis" i mean Jason.... The short pipes from the intercooler to the throttle body looks similar I do agree.. There is a difference though ours looks a lot cleaner.. We DID NOT use cheap steal and then coat it. We used stainless through out the entire system... And as far as the GTS, how many ways can you do it???? I guess I can do an x-pipe to make you happy if you would like.... But its like you said this thread U started was total unnecessary...
As far as our first kit on the way we did the piping...... When we talked about doing his kit HE REQUESTED IT BE DONE THAT WAY!! As far as you thinking we looked at your kit at Florida goto 6speedonline.com and look at the dates of when his car was fabricated... In no way did we set out to copy your intercooler piping.

Re: Why figure it out for yourself when you can copy what someone else has
Butthead, actually ours was done in aluminum so that it would match the finish of the intake and valve covers, not steel. How many ways can you do it? As best I can tell every tuner that has ever come out with a turbo system has managed to make their kit look like their kits, that is until you. How about posting a picture of your GTS system just to humor us. Also, I did not ask why you made your intercooler plumbing the way it was the first time, I asked why you changed it.

Riiiiiight. Thats why Ive never changed a belt on my Heffner Supercharged Viper, it still makes max boost, and even works as a "backup car" for when my Mercedes is broken. Yep, your post has a ton of credence.

Hmmmm... to match the intake??? Intake looks polished to me and the pipes look painted or am i wrong??? I will send you a picture of our GTS and you post it... The only thing the same it looks like to me is that we used the same size pipes and that the blow-off valves are located in a similar position. Look at the difference from the strut brace and down... You will see that your design has a sharp turn and our has a nice curving bend... Other than that it looks like your welder needs some practice. Notice and compare welds.. You have mail.. Please study and then post! :thumb:
