The physical construction of the turbo system will hardly ever stand to be truely unique...
I think Heffners reputation is outstanding enough that the last thing he needs to worry about is someone running some intercooler pipes the same way... just keep up the good work!
I've known Jason for a while. I don't know the details of this situation, but I do know Jason, and if he is annoyed enough to say something about it, then it is probably warranted.

What I am referring to here has nothing to do with Paolo. Paolo set out to do his own thing and he did just that. I'll gather some pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. I totally agree that there are only so many ways to do things and until this point every tuner in the industry has managed to come up with somewhat of an original design that looks somewhat unique and could be identifiable but I'm not talking about similarities here there was really some effort put in here to make it look like mine.

So how about apologizing to Paolo and other tuners who have been disparaged by your unwillingness to be direct about who you are referring to?

You are right. My apologies to Paolo, DLM, RSI, HMS, WCV, SVS, M2, and Roe for not being specific and potentially causing anyone to think that you may have been capable of something like this. Did I leave anyone out?

The Lion is a concept illustration for a movie I worked two years on. You have never seen the illustration before unless you happened to see it used for the promotion of the Narnia film. I think I have every right to use it as my avatar.
As far as discussing the irony of the slogan. I'm not dogging you so back off, Caps. There is an irony, and you have to admit this, in the fact that someone would boast about their originality, yet use a slogan that is as painfully overused as "often imitated, never duplicated"

Im still not sure what the Big deal is? Most people would be amazed at how many of the same vendors all these guys use witht he exact same stuff.
It is all in the Tuners ability to maximize the parts that are installed ont he car. Right now Jason has Proved to be the fastest on one car (Chads car was actually tuned by another TUner besides Jason)
IT really matters not either way, King Heffner is on top of his game and they think nobody can touch it so why the big deal???
I would take it as a Compliment nothing else
Kinda Like saying for example you can get the Heffner or HMS M2 or UGR Auto Tranny for an elevated Price but it really isn't created or designed by any Tuner but a Tranny shop jsut stamped with a Tuners Name but exactly the same. Same with Motors and plenty of other stuff.
DId you know the most Air compressors you purchase are exactly the same just assembled slightly different and stickers and paint changed but they all come from the same factory.
The bottom line is how you market what you have. So far the only Tuner that is really good at that is HMS. as He is known WorldWide :thumb:
