01 ACR VIN NUMBER

I'm looking at a 2001 ACR, is there any way to look at the vin# and be sure it is an ACR?

What's not to tell, it'll have Dynamic Suspension shocks, ACR 1 pc BBS wheels, smooth tubes, and 5 pt belts that say "ACR" on them.
