Indeed I did - unfortuantely, I need the funds to start building a home (I've already purchased the lot). It's a sad situation, but I'd rather sink the extra funds into the house right now.

This sucks...the only thing I would want to be different is for it to be a 1999. However, it is perfect!!! I told myself that I would wait till after year ends to buy another one.
