The dude is driving around with a ort sleeve shirt on. Plus there is alot of slow moving safety vehicles on track till they picked up the pace car!!

It appears as though he has some sort of sequential gearbox on the car.... pull back- upshift push forward- downshift. there is no normal pattern to indicate it was a normally shifted car.
