cost and explanation of upgrades

The previous owner of my 2002 GTS (purchased last week) put in the following upgrades

Upgraded Rims and tires to 19"
Random-Flow Super High Flow Catalytic Converters
3" Custom Mandrel Aircraft Aluminum/Stainless Exhaust
Boria Hi-Flow Mufflers
K&N Filter Charges w/ smooth tubes
Ported and polished Throttle Body
160 Degree Thermostat
Racing Coolant - All Synthetic lubricants
Upgraded Mopar Rear End
Brakes 355
Mopar SuperCar Upgrade
Lower gear ration from Chrysler Performance

with the exception of the wheels, really not sure what the rest means...Just wondering whether anyone can educate me...and how much did he/she spend for these options???
