According to the track at mepmphis motor sports, Hot Rod Mag has the drag strip from "3-4, on". So they are expecting the "cruise" to arrive at the track between 3 and 4. then things get started...

That is, of course, according to the track.

There isn't much info on http://www.memphismotorsports.com/ ... but this is where the event is happenning.
