1725 rwhp at a claimed 22psi. Yet you can't get down the 1/4 with any more mph than a car making 1200, with the boost gauge showing near 30psi???
Not going any faster in the mile with eleventy billion 'claimed, on our dyno' HP, than anyone else has making not much over 1k...
Or the crook part... Seems a stack of court documents were substantial enough to prove that.
or a liar... see all of the above.
I never claimed our shop Viper made 1725rw @ 22psi. It was closer to 30psi
Trents Viper made 1500rw @ 22psi and I confirmed that with him yesterday.
in 05 we ran our shop Viper in the 1/4 (weighing 4000 lbs) boost was set around 24-25psi. After that we haven't completed alot of testing in the 1/4. Our Viper was built to landspeed race and after trying to make it do both 1/4 and topspeed, we decidied to settle our focus for top speed only.
Please discuss specifically about court documents and ask me specific questions. You're making flat out allegations and haven't given me a chance to discuss my side.
That's completely unfair.

so is trents car done yet? I dont need to bring that thread back from the dead. Or better yet, if its done, does he have the car back yet? Did he pay the $212,000 you bent him over for or did you "settle"
specific enough or do we need to do some more scanning?

Weight and 'lack of testing' was proven by your terrible ET. MPH is purely indicitive of gross HP, and the #'s definitely don't add up.

I recall a thread Here That needs A LOT of explaining.
Do we need to get into nearly identical situations with other past customers?
Exactly how long is the litigation record for SVS, and better yet those who were involved in past businesses. Do you really want to go there.
