How to clearcoat a scratch on my wheel?

I had a small section of my wheel that was curbed, and I polished out the scratch. It came out perfectly, but now I'm assuming I'll have to somehow clearcoat that area so it doesn't oxidize? Any suggestions on what I should use?

anything you touch it up with will eventually flake off. factory finish is a clear powder coated. to do it properly(factory finish) wheel needs to be totally stripped and repowder coated. OR just keep a good coat of wax on it

Use Wheel Wax (see link) http://www.wheelwax.com/

The best alloy repair guy around here swears by it.
