We are also working to have 2 Vipers run the week before at the Snowbird Nationals( the largest event Bradenton Motrsports does all year long)in front of 1500 -3500 spectators to get the racing public to attend our finals the fallowing weekend.

There is a little more David and I have to do to make things offical at the hotels but I have hammer out the rates at some our of best resonable hotels in Florida ....remember this is at our begining of our tourist season.

Tony.....I have also contacted the Hilton Garden Inn, Orlando and tried to contact Jennifer Loman she was my point woman(S.E. Regional Sales and group sales) regarding their Hotel, she was not in .....I left a voice mail. If it was not straightened out today it will be tomorrow by noon!

It will not take long for me to get to this track ....

But I guess I almost spend as much time ...... but this race time before the race. Time is spent on phone corridanting track, hotels, dyno day and just keeping out alot of GOOD people....Viper friends. Anyone that has set up one of these events has apppreication of how difficult it is too corridiante on of these events.

Everyone will be in awe of how fast the track is this year and we will have more people will in the stands this year.

Sorry about the confusion.....

Hilton Gardens is in Orlando for Dyno day on Dec 10 ... I also at 11:30 am resolved the problem of our rate of $79.00 instead of $120.00 is guaranty only till Dec 5 and the the block of rooms will probably sell out way before that.

Everyone can get the $79.00 rate for Dec 9 in you want to come in early to be at Macedo on the 10 and you could spend the night there in Orlando and leave early Sat to the track or drive to Bradenton and stay at the Hampton(not Garden Hilton, that was a typo) in Bradenton/Ellenton.

Hopefully this clears everything up.
