SRT10 turn signal assembly on Gen II

I've never liked the feel of the turn signal assembly on the GenII. I goto just flash my headlight but I always end up turning on my high beams. So, has anyone even put a gen III turn signal assembly on a GenII? We know the seats will fit with little modification, people have installed the brakes on a genII so why not look into what other parts will fit from genIII to gen II. If you know of anyother parts that will fit, please post them.
