Here's one for a Gen III but it should work on a Gen II. Looks just like the one I had (and just sold) for my '99.

3 on the driver side and 2 on the passenger side. Some are interchangeable however.

For instance, if you take 3 from the passenger side and add them to the driver side you'll have 10 on the driver side and 11 on the passenger side. Pretty neat how that works.
