Low Oil Pressure / Ticking

Trying to determine possible causes of my issues. I had new 1.7 HS Rockers installed at my local performance shop (who does tons of LS stuff, and some Viper stuff) along with a SCT dyno tune done on my 97 GTS. Car put down 495/550, extremely healthy numbers. I did a few pulls after having the tune done and the car (to me) feels way down on power, couldn't even chirp second gear. Also, since picking it up from having the rockers/tune done, I noticed the oil pressure was very low at idle (about 15psi), and about 30psi cruising, which is pretty low from what I remember it used to be.

I took it back to my local performance shop and they installed a new oil pressure sensor as that is their first train of though with a low oil pressure issue. They had driven it around for half an hour and told me that it's up 10-12psi and everything looks great, so it must have been the sensor crapping out.

I just picked up the car about an hour ago, and on the way home did a few short highway pulls. Noticed the car again feels WAY down on power (was struggling to hit 100). I started to hear what I thought was engine ticking/knocking noise when driving on the highway at about 4k RPM, and on the throttle, not really there at idle or off the throttle.

I got off the next exit, and oil pressure was 10psi. At that point the oil light came on. I pulled onto a side street and parked the car. I called the performance shop and they told me that it may be a broken rocker causing the noise. They told me to take it real easy, get the car home, and pop off the valve covers. If everything looks good under there, then it's probably an oil pump or bearing issue.

Do you guys have any idea as to what it could be? Has anybody had similar problems after a rocker install? Hoping it's not something huge

Oil level is good and don't see any speck in the oil. Going to start with pulling the valve covers to see if broken rocker/pushrod.

If the geometry is not correct on the rockers it may limit the oil flow on the top end. I don't know that it would cause loss of power though. Who did the tune?

I changed all of my rod bearings over the winter and I still have better oil pressure over 500 miles. Maybe I'd didn't do something right?

Loss of power, ticking and inability to get to an easily obtained speed are also signs of a clogged cat as well. Since your oil pressure is low as well it probably is something else but if you find those things to be good I'd check the exhaust next.
