Gen 1 interior update

Picked up the dash, radio bezel and door pieces from hydrographics today. Pictures are in shop light and under daylight show a little more gray. Now time to decide what color for the seats, door panels, and carpet. I am back and forth between light tan or charcoal gray.

Charcoal grey. That's what I did my seats in but with an otherwise factory Gen 2 interior.

They look great in the car.

Dash looks excellent. Do you think you are going to get some bad light reflection as it looks pretty shiny?

I feel like their is not enough on the top to shine against the windshield but i wonder as i have painted the upper dash on a car in the past and it had horrible light reflection onto the windshield and also in my eyes at times.

I hate that the dipping process create that "wave" in the design. Total give away.. it would be just as functional and twice as clean if it were wrapped in carbon fiber wrap.

Would the cf overlay actually get rid of the "wave"? When dipping the ears of the dash cause the wave to form from the contour. Wouldn't an overlay have the same pattern?

I'm even talking Bout on the flat surfaces. You can see in the pic you posted, the "weave" is all wavy from being pushed past the film on top of the water.
