Thanks to Norm for letting me drive his LPE monster. This is really an unbelievable car. Explosive power and it still idles well, runs cool and drives like a "street" car. Dead consistent since it was complete, it has run 10.0X virtually EVERY pass down the track. Tonight we ran two 10.0's and two 9.9's. Congrats to the guys at LPE for building a bulletproof motor and to Norm for staying ahead of the curve in the ALL MOTOR class.

That is one way of saying it if SW's 10.08 all motor run was considered slow. No doubt that LPE has built many impressive cars over the years. Norm has a vette and now the fastest/quickest all motor Viper in the world, Who Say's money can't buy you love?
One thing for sure is that Norms 9.98 run is faster than many of the SC cars that have been at the Nationals, faster than many Nitrous cars and the 9.98 if not faster keeps up with many of the TT cars. A couple of the TT cars only got into the 9's because of the little helper called nitrous.
I can only hope that Norm hasn't changed and will still talk to us, I know that he has ordered a special lounge chair to have ready for him at the V-10 Nationals and a special autograph signing booth. :thumb: I want one of the LARGE autographed posters that he will be giving away at the nationals. I want the one where Norn and President Bush are shaking hands standing in front of the Viper.
Great work Scott and Norm, First ever in the 9's all motor record can never be taken away. :thumb:
Question is how many Vipers will you have at the V-10's?
