Suggestions for anyone selling/buying a Viper...(mine is now sold)

Well my ACR is sold and I must tell everyone that demand is strong. I must have had no less than 10 offers well over 60K for my sled in the past 90 days.

If you have a clean car, it's well taken care of, and well represented...it will sell itself at a good price.

Giving these cars away is not necessary for a seller and as a buyer...paying a bit extra will get you a much better example than looking for a abused worn out "deal"

I had a great time with this ACR. I know the new owner will too.

For all who want one and have the means...get one NOW before life passes you by or it's taken from you prematurely. Life is too short. Live a little.

I put ads on the VCA, Viperalley and Autotrader.

I just counted the emails from the roughly 90 days I had it up for sale.
I had over 30 individual responses. Many were "will you take this boat or hot rod in trade" or low ball offers.

The most response was from the VCA.

The gentleman who purchased the car saw the ad on Autotrader.

I also created a web page with lots of details about the car so I think that helped a lot.

Not sure where you guys get the idea I don't drive my cars. I drove my red ACR 2-3 times a week and almost every weekend.

My life has other priorities right now as my Son is having a major surgery in December and I am planning on not having much time for anything but his recovery over the next 12 to 18 months.

My Ferrari purchase (if it happens at all) is for investment purposes and like I said before...I won't discuss it in a public forum other than the reason for selling my ACR is for money to put toward the Ferrari.
