I was just curious as to what stall speed you guys have found to work well on the Vipers??

Depends on the application. Street car with near stock power likes a 2800 stall. Drag race set up is way different. So many variables to consider in terms of powerband, peak torque, gearing, tire height, tranny gearing, etc. You really want to work the peak torque and thus for racing you want your stall to be in the range of where your dyno sheet says you are making peak tq. If the stall is too high then a lot of power coming from the motor wont make it to the tires.

what about on the big power cars like the 1000TT or your current SRT? i know you run the auto at the strip, and the 6spd on road courses or whatever. Maybe i should ask what the stall was on the 8 second pass??
