Need Legal Advice Please

Hi All,

I purchased a 1998 Acura Integra GSR from an individual in Delaware. He had a ad on the Autotrader. I don't know what I was thinking but didn't do a car fax and went to purchase the car. To make a long story short. When I brought the car back to VA and had a Mechanic look at it. He said that the car had a Civic engine and the VIN was missing from the engine and transmission. I called the guy up and he acted like he didn't know anything. Plus this morning I ran a car fax and found the car has a flood tittle. I didn't get the tittle b/c the said he had to pay of the lien and would mail it to me. I would appreciate any help in this matter

There's about 3-4 lawyers over there right now.
