Re: Anyone want a Cheap 98?
Sounds OK to me. If it's a little rough, or has high miles, that's all it's worth.

Re: Anyone want a Cheap 98?
I spoke with a guy that is considering it. It is a salvage title and has had most of the front end replaced. Just an FYI!

Re: Anyone want a Cheap 98?
Hmm...may be worth it, but you can get ones that ain't been wrecked for $40K. If it's fucked up, you could easily exceed the difference in time and expense trying to straighten it out. Plus, you'd have the same issues upon resale. Now, if someone like Txlen, who knew what he was looking at , and could turn his own wrench, were to buy it...

Re: Anyone want a Cheap 98?
I saw it on Cars.com, there was another car i was looking at as a project and been meaning to call the guy on and have no had the time. It was a 1997 red GTS that needed a new front bumper and headlights plus touch ups all over the car. The only reason is made it all worth it was that he wanted $5,000. His number was 808-401-3454 and 808-401-4431. The number is a hawaii#. If anyone want to call about that and tell me what the deal is on it. That would be really helpful.

Re: Anyone want a Cheap 98?
Once you latch on to a salvage car you better turn it into a racer or you'll be screwed if you ever try to patch it up and sell it, will loose your butt.

yeah just deposit the money in his account and hold your hand over your ass...
You can't buy a totally burnt GTS for $5000.
