Interesting how many CC styling cues they nailed.

Ah, that's the same kit I have on my car. Here is a video of the car driving by. I now have a front splitter though (not in the video.)

Re: Coolest Custom Vipers Picture Request!
I can understand a body kit for the corvette... it's so mundane and on every corner... the Viper is unique.. in both styling and availability.
Also, your red design is an interesting study.... but I doubt it could not be achieved from a real C6..... unless your body kit is going to require major cutting and moving of chassis points such as the cowl, front frame rails, core support and floor pans.
It's interesting stuff to consider, but in real life....
Now if you can go design a whole car and build it.... you'd have something intersting.

Re: Coolest Custom Vipers Picture Request!
I don't own an Gen I/II RT/10. But if you could do something the rear end of them. I would have gotten a RT/10...but the rear of the car is crap. If you could make it like the GTS that would look sweet.
As a side note. I found a place that will make a GTS into a targa top like the RT/10's but it cost about $15,000

RedSnakeGTS
I wouldnt be too close-minded too quickly. There are plenty of ways to do non-ricy kits.

Thanks

Thanks for the compliments. I personally think mixing designs doesnt work, but I can see some similarities.

Nice kit. IS that a widebody kit?
BAD VPR
They = the designers of the viper, autoform designers, or who?

Cool. What do you think of the kit overall?
Thin Man
The Red car isnt supposed to be a corvette kit. Its supposed to be a stand-alone design, a pure exotic.
Id much rather have entire supercars built than make body kits.

Ive seen plenty of hatch conversions, even for expensive cars. I think $15000 is way too expensive for something like that.

I think the wing on my car is a bit higher than I would like, but overall, I really like the kit. I replaced the ugly front spliter that it used to have with a smaller one that looks much nicer.
The kit widens the body a couple of inches and really does change the look for the better (at least for me.) Some Viper guys like it a lot, while others don't. I can say one thing -- whenever I am out with a group of Vipers at a race event, my car gets far more attention and draws the croud than any of the other Vipers. Basically it tries to mimic the comp coupe as best as it can with a GTS body.

Re: Coolest Custom Vipers Picture Request!
Hi Manny,
Thanks for the feedback / info. Its important to both [1] draw a crowd and [2] be good looking. Something beautiful but subtle can get lost too easily while something outrageous gets the views for the wrong reasons. How this comment relates to your comment is that is easily achieves drawing a crowd, but it doesnt enhance the looks as much as it could have.

Thanks for the feedback, Ill keep that in mind.

That's not a Viper.
Wouldn't surprise me. What is it then? A drag racer covered in a viper skin?

no it's a "viper" but it has a V8. No V10 = no viper.

The red car in the front looks like a convertible Noble M12 GTO
