In light of recent installation issues by a few of our customers, I have just finished (yes, today-Holiday Sunday) a brand new design that I have test fitted into 3 different GTS model Vipers (97,99,01).
I have also constructed a new jig which eliminates the possibility of "heat" tolerance from welding.
The price of these bars will be the same as they have always been, your stock seat will have full travel, a sidebar is included, and you will be able to use your factory seat restraint systems as well as aftermarket harness sets.

The manual release mechanisms work with this bar.
Only a small rounded cut in the top of the rear center console needs to be made for each of the two upright bars, so that they may attach to the framerail that is located behind the seat backs. When cut correctly, the fit appears OEM. No other cutting or carpet removal is required.
As for RT bars, we have had them for about a year and they have had no fitment issues. A customer recently Chrome Plated his...I wish I had a picture of it. You can see installation pitures of the RT-10 bar on my website.
