What are my stock wheels worth?

What are they worth, 96 GTS wheels, good shape with a couple scrapes on the lip (nothing major), with the stock pilots. Pilots have 11k miles on them, still a good amount of tread for the mileage, but may be getting a little hard.

I would guess around 2k with the tires.

And yes...those tires have lots of tread but they do need replaced as I wouldn't trust them due to the age.

I never pushed the car hard in the corners for that very reason.

They are not the better version of that wheel either so they are not recommended for track use.

They would be best suited for a gen one owner who wants to upgrade his rims.

Put them up for sale here and see what happens.

96 wheels are useless for anything other than street use. They are weak and shouldn't see the track ever.

Slim to grim that you will pull $2k for 1996 rims. A better bet would be $1500-1600 if Saturns moons are in alignment. But you can always try asking $2K if you are not in a hurry to sell.

I was thinking $1000, $1500 at best. Hoping for a GEN 1 owner that just street drives. Thanks everyone.

Toby, I pushed the car once, and that was enough with those tires. Granted they were cold, but still not worth it.

Probably a 1k, The 1997 wheels - 1998 wheels aren't selling even at 1500 to 1700. 2k is a pipe dream, LOL!

Gerald, I think you are about right on the 1k. I'll put them for more and give me some room to go lower. Maybe someone on the morque will take them for 1500.

I need to make up some flow for these HRE's.

I've got rear chromed 96 wheels for sale. Somebody make me a decent offer and they are yours. I just sold the tires off them. I also have two fronts WITH tires. I just sold my front splitter, but i have the front Brembo monoblock brakes for sale as well. And I have a full set of original tires/wheels from a Gen 1 that are for sale.

I sold a set of '96's with new dunlops on em i think for 1400-1600 to give you an idea of pricing..
