Yeah, give Ted a call. Valaya Racing, the number I have is 408.448.8811 (should still be good, let me know if it ain't)

If you need warranty work, go to Hartzheim Dodge. Ask for John Shami, he's always done great by me AND Hartzheim is giving vca members a 25% discount on all parts and labor (they need to tho, their viper tech labor rate is like $130/hr).

Re: Anyone Know a NoCal Viper Tech?

I agree with Mark -
Ted May at Valaya for almost anything Viper related. 408-448-8811. Great tech, great guy.
Hartzheim Dodge for Warranty (the 25% discount is good on any work, Viper or not, done by Hartzheim for a VCA member) 408-445-4521 is Reyes Portillo - Service Advisor. William McCurry is the Service Manager - 408-445-4524. Both are straight shooters and good guys.
Let me know if I can be of assistance, Kid

Re: Anyone Know a NoCal Viper Tech?

Ted May did all work on my car which wasn't covered by warranty. I've been very pleased with his service and attention to detail.
