Crappy Windoew Bracket

My bracket that drives the driverside window has broken. This is the piece that holds the window in place and rides up and down on the track. This is the second time it has broken.

Has anyone found this bracket somewhere besides the dealer? They want $300+ for the guide, bracket, etc.

The first time it broke, I plastic welded it.

I know someone else has run into this.

Re: Crappy Windoew Bracket

I found the bracket I was looking for.

Your problem is that the plastic channel fell out of the window frame. I have the same problem. If you take your door panel off, you will see if laying on the bottom of the door. I have to fix that problem as well.
