no. it is much lower. I wanted to lower my car, but don't dare with this as it is about 2" lower than stock facia. I have fixed it twice from hitting stuff or bottoming it out.

Looks like a autoform knock-off but if that is a one pc. that is tight.
The problem with the autoform is it never fit snug and just sits over the stock splitter. As a one pc. it looks great but you do have to angle into the parking lots.

Dan,, it doesn't sit any lower than my front fascia. It just sticks out further which makes it appear lower. Actually the front tip is higher than the part that goes straight down on the fascia!!!!!!!! And the gap is a little shitty, but I like it anyway. Makes the Gen.1 fascia much cooler looking!!!!!
